Melrose Bank Helps Brighten the Holidays for Neighbors

October 23, 2012

Melrose, MA - October 23, 2012- Melrose Bank is currently running a "Likes for Charity" promotion on their Facebook Page. From now until November 13th, the community bank will donate up to $500 to Servant's Heart Food Pantry by donating $1 for each new "Like" to their Facebook Page or for every "Share" of a Facebook post that is related to the Servant's Heart Food Pantry.

The Servant's Heart Food Pantry was born out of a desire to serve and assist struggling families in the city of Melrose and the surrounding communities. They rely solely on food and financial donations to meet the needs of those in the greater Melrose community, and are staffed completely by volunteers. The name, "A Servant's Heart" accurately depicts the attitude of service embodied by the donors, volunteers, and coordinators.

"Servant's Heart Food Pantry does amazing wonders for individuals in our community who are less fortunate and we couldn't be happier to help out such a wonderful organization," stated Melrose Bank President, Jeff Jones.
