Melrose, MA – August 17, 2015 – Melrose Bank has announced the addition of commercial real estate lending to its suite of services. The new commercial real estate loan products include, but are not limited to, commercial, industrial, and retail development financing, multifamily housing financing, and construction loans for properties such as condominium complexes to retail strip centers.
In addition, the bank has hired Melrose resident, Mark Zink, to manage the commercial lending services.

Zink most recently served as vice president and commercial loan officer for First Trade Union Bank, where he developed and maintained successful customer relationships and coordinated all aspects of commercial lending. He currently resides in Melrose with his wife and son. Zink is a member of NAIOP Massachusetts and REFA (Real Estate Finance Association). Outside of the office he enjoys spending time on the golf course.
