If contacted by an unsolicited text message, like the one below, we urge you not to share any personal financial information.

ALERT: Your CheckCARD has been temporarily *DEACTIVATED*. Please call our Card Services 24hrs line.

Melrose Bank will never notify you via a text message if there is a problem with your account. To report suspicious activity, or to simply ask questions, please call us during regular business hours toll free at (866) 665-2500.
