Melrose Bank Offers Convenient Banking Solutions while Rebuilding ATM and Drive Up

Learn about what's new at the bank and what we've been up to in the community.

May 10, 2019

On Wednesday, May 1, 2019, a box truck inadvertently struck Melrose Bank’s ATM and drive up canopy roof causing significant structural damage. The Melrose fire, police, and building departments assessed the situation swiftly and fortunately there were no injuries.

While Melrose Bank rebuilds the ATM and drive up area, customers have numerous options for convenient banking:

  • Customers can use any ATM nationwide and receive a full rebate for any fees incurred.
  • During business hours, customers can utilize “curbside banking” by parking in the designated parking spot and calling for assistance.
  • At any time, customers are encouraged to download the Melrose Bank mobile app to easily deposit checks by taking a picture.

Accidents do happen, but we will continue to remain focused on providing convenient banking solutions, personalized customer attention, and products that exceed customer expectations.
