Mark Zink has been working directly with developers and commercial property owners for over 12 years. Originally a credit and risk analyst, Mark soon realized he wanted to make a personal impact with clients and transitioned into lending. Combing his commercial credit and lending backgrounds, Mark provides immediate feedback to clients on how best to structure a financing package that meets their unique needs.
Mark holds a Bachelors in Finance from Western New England University and his MBA from Northeastern University's D'Amore McKim School of Business. He is a member of the Melrose Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP, while also volunteering his time as part of the Young Professional Advisory Committee for Housing Families, Inc. An avid sports fan, Mr. Zink currently resides on the North Shore with his wife Megan and two young sons.

Ed Fitzgerald has worked in commercial lending for 15 years. His passion for helping business owners grow their enterprises and help drive the local economy has been a key to his success. Ed holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and his MBA from Northeastern University.
After spending 25 years raising his family in Beverly and Topsfield, Ed currently splits his time between Reading and Cotuit with his wife Gabriella and their adopted French bulldog, Stella. He has two grown sons who work in the consulting and investments fields. Ed has held Board level positions for Rotary, the Reading North Reading Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts of America, and Understanding Disabilities, Inc.
