Commercial Lending

We believe in a personalized, hands-on approach to lending. Our team’s objective is to help you achieve your financial goals by providing you with the commercial lending expertise you deserve. Whether you’re purchasing or refinancing an investment property, or looking to finance or expand your business, we will structure a financing package to meet your specific needs.

Business Financing Options

Whether for inventory, purchasing, expansion – or any other need that may arise – all businesses occasionally require financing or credit through small business or commercial business loans. We have the business loan options to meet your specific needs. Our team can help you identify the best business financing options.

Commercial Real Estate Loans
(Purchase or Refinance)

We work with buyers, owners, and brokers to provide fixed and variable rate commercial property financing. We have experience in getting transactions done in a timely and cost-efficient manner.  Whether the property is a single-tenant building or a larger multi-tenant property, we coordinate all aspects of the transaction – from the appraisal to the closing – in order to create a smooth, client-focused process.

  • Multi-Family Housing
Our commercial team offers competitive options for investors that are buying larger apartment buildings or complexes – from 5 to 50 units – with the ease of documenting a single real estate loan.
  • Mixed-Use Real Estate
Our team has considerable experience with mixed-use specialty mortgages for combination retail/office/residential properties in both urban and suburban settings.

Construction and Development Loans

Experienced real estate investors appreciate the ease of working with Melrose Bank on short and long-term financing plans for the expansion and/or renovation of properties, or for entirely new developments that are being constructed either as a build-to-suit or on a speculative basis.

Capital Equipment Loans

We offer options for equipment loans and heavy equipment financing so you can update and expand your business’ capabilities, create productivity, increase efficiency, and drive profitability.

Working Capital

Working Capital lines of credit are available to improve business cash flow, provide extra time to collect accounts receivable, purchase inventory, expand your physical space, or for seasonal financing needs.

Multi-Family Housing

Our commercial team offers competitive options for investors that are buying larger apartment buildings or complexes - from 5 to 50 units - with the ease of documenting a single real estate loan.

Mixed-Use Real Estate

Many lenders do not offer this key commercial mortgage - it is especially important as mixed-use properties become more prevalent and larger than the traditional 3 or 4 unit property!
